For legal departments, the number of employees in the legal department should be used as a basis.

Please note: For the first three years (including the year of establishment), the rate of €500.00 applies. From the fourth year after the company was established (regardless of when membership began), the full rate according to the contribution regulations, which is based on the number of employees, is payable.
