Roundtable: AI Legal Lab – Hands-on AI

Topic of this session: Small solution, big gains: The specialized AI chatbot.

We will be looking at custom GPTs, gems and Copilot agents – AI chatbots that are optimized for a specific purpose. Unlike general chatbot use, we give the model instructions, structure and access to our own data in advance to significantly improve the quality of the results. In the main part, we will build a contract reviewer as a custom GPT live together and Lisa Spranz (Head of Legal at HUGO BOSS) will present proven custom GPTs from her practice and share her experiences.

Benchathon on March 14 & 15

With our Benchmarking GenAl working group, we are now technically ready to systematically benchmark three legal language models! The legal questions have been defined. Now the validation process begins. In order to be able to evaluate the quality of the model results in a reliable and scientifically verifiable manner, we need a solid basis: reference answers formulated by humans. That’s why we’re organizing the Benchathon: Together with you, our members and dedicated students, we will spend a weekend laying the foundation for measurable quality in legal tech. Let’s set standards together and actively shape the future of legal tech. This is a great opportunity to make new contacts in the field of legal tech.

Legal Geek Europe

We are a partner of Legal Geek Europe, which will take place on 14 April at De Hallen Studios in Amsterdam. Europe’s largest platform for legal innovation with over 800 participants from all over Europe.

An energetic conference day (in English) with around 40 international speakers, practical workshops & roundtable discussions and relaxed networking with law firms, corporate lawyers and innovators.
