Valesca Molinari is a lawyer, Project Lead of the Open Innovation Challenge x Legal Tech and one of the Global Innovation Ambassadors at Baker McKenzie. She is an adjunct lecturer on digitalization and law at the University of Giessen. As a Fellow at the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (C4IR), her work focused on developing innovative approaches to shaping legal frameworks for autonomous cars and artificial intelligence. Today, she represents Baker McKenzie on the WEF’s Global Autonomous Vehicle Council. Prior to practicing law, Valesca was an entrepreneur and founded a renewable energy start-up in 2010.
